Return / Exchange / Refund

  • Return
  1. You have 14 days from receipt of order to request your returns number, which will be displayed online and emailed to you. 
  2. You will receive your returns number by email. Unsuitable items must then be returned within 14 days of receiving your returns number. Return outside the 28-day window may be accepted at our discretion.
  3.  The item(s) should be returned unworn and in perfect condition, with all PYON and designer garment tags still attached. 
  4. Before your parcel leaves our warehouse, it is fully checked and controlled by our packing team. If you receive an item which is damaged, please contact us immediately. Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included in your return.
  5. Footwear should be returned unmarked and in its original and undamaged packaging as this is considered part of the product. Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear. Returns may not be accepted if the strip has been removed or if the items are soiled, and may be sent back to the customer.
  6. Returns that are damaged, soiled or returned without their original labels may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
  7. All returns should be sent back to us in their original packaging provided.
  8. Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.
  9. Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
  10. To ensure your return is covered by our returns policy and does not encounter a delay, items must be returned using the original packaging provided and from the same country to which they were delivered.Items returned from a different country may incur additional charges or be delayed by customs. You can return using any secure means but we may not accept liability.
  11. If your item is faulty (i.e. received damaged or with a manufacturing fault), we can offer alternatives such as repair or exchanges. For more information, please contact our Customer Care team.

  • Exchange
  1. If you wish to change the size and/or color of an item that you purchased, you can do so at no additional cost within 14 days of delivery date.  
  2. Fill out the Return Form, choose the “Exchange” option and select a replacement size and/or color from those available. We will then hold the item for you and as soon as we receive your return, we will ship it to the address from your original order. 
  3. You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email when the package has been dispatched. You can exchange the size and/or color of an item one time only, but you can always return it by following the instructions in our Return Policy.

  • Refund
  1. We usually accept returns within 3 business days of their arrival at our warehouse. During peak times it could take up to 7 business days. Once your return has been accepted, we will immediately request reimbursement and send you a confirmation email.
